Hi everybody, just wanted to tell you that we had a fantastic experience with C&M Property ML. From the initial contact to moving-in and beyond, they are an exemplary property rental company that’s one of the best in Middlesbrough. Wendy and her team of associates are methodical, consistent, and responsive to our requirements. Nothing’s too small, just ask. However, people - be reasonable! I’m recommending all who read my review to talk to them if you're ‘looking’. If you don’t get an immediate answer on the phone, write an email, and they’ll call back soon after. We are lucky that during the viewings, we found what we needed very quickly only because of the immediate availability. So, if you’re looking for something in the near future, contact C&M first to discuss your requirements. Also, a special mention for a young lady called Ewa, she’s an absolute delight to work with. Ewa has been absolutely amazing!! As well as the whole team :). I had a really positive experience with this letting agency. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process,offering virtual viewings, replying quickly to any questions I had, and getting everything sorted efficiently and without delays. Ewa and the rest of the C&M team have done amazing by us. We immigrated over from Canada and are students here and unfortunately, we were mistreated by another lettings agency for 2 months that was right around the corner (same colour scheme as C&M too, you can probably figure out which one it was). C&M found us a beautiful unit that fulfilled all of our requests and they even did everything they could to update the unit within. Fresh paint job, fresh cooker, new toaster, everything! We met the team and they’re all magnificent people. Ask for Ewa if you ever need help, she’s amazing and always goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction and happiness while working with C&M! 10/10 would always recommend to anyone who needs assistance with letting/home sales.
