The pictures speak for themselves, for lack of better words the property was appalling. This is the state of the property first week moving in. Made many complaints about it. I was ignored many times no answer or reply for weeks on end. Kept getting promised someone would come to fix the property no one ever came while I was there. Draws were broken, light was hanging off the ceiling , mould and black stuff everywhere. No attempt to fix it while I lived there. Hassled for money but not repairs made at all, only the bare minimum and that’s putting it generously. Easily the worst student accommodation I’ve stayed in. No attempt to pay the deposit back to me which I’m not bothered by I can afford not to have it. Multiple house mates had made complaints with no one ever coming to repair it. Fortunately for me and a few others we went to different companies. And in fact I travel back from my home town just to avoid living a property in this state again. The property in my opinion reminded me of Hogwarts.

I've had a very good experience renting from Collier, they were always quick to reply to any queries, any repairs needed were sorted out straight away, and were always very friendly and kind people to talk to, especially Lynsey and Judith. Would highly recommend!

I have been with Collier Property Management for close to 8 years and it has been a really good experience. They have been supper accommodating and supportive as lettings agent, making for a great experience while living at one of their properties as a student and later working full time.
