I just want to give a massive shoutout to the incredible team at Horizon Sales and Lettings. I’m not based in London and have a property portfolio in Middlesbrough — what I love about Horizon is that they’re truly a one-stop shop. They handle everything: maintenance, landlord certificates, refurbishments — you name it. There was a major incident at one of my properties on McBean Street, and before I was even aware of the situation, the Horizon team had already gone out, dealt with it professionally, and kept everything under control. That’s the level of care and initiative they bring. Martin, one of the managers, is absolutely amazing, and my account manager Victoria is fantastic. Honestly, if I were managing things myself, it would’ve taken me five hours to get from London to Middlesbrough to sort it out — but with Horizon, I didn’t have to lift a finger. What really sets them apart is their honesty and transparency. In an industry where some agents can take advantage of landlords who live far away, Horizon are the complete opposite. They’re genuine, fair, and professional — a true benchmark for the industry.. I wish them continued success and hope they expand their team and open more branches — especially in London! We need more companies like Horizon Sales and Lettings.

Amazing experience with Horizon sales & Lettings! I am currently renting with them and they’ve kept me in the loop the whole time. Big shout out to Victoria!! She’s such well spoken Women, she explains everything so clearly and doesn’t beat around the bush! Also a shout out to Wendy who has helped me with a few minor issues (no fault of their own) she’s been very professional and has explained the process to me, making me feel at ease. As someone who doesn’t like change and find it stressful they’ve made my experience stress free.

I cannot say enough great things about this Letting agency, Victoria has been amazing very professional, making every step of the way smooth and seamless from the move in to the end of our tenancy now. I highly recommend them and if I ever need to rent again I will go through them.

I’m currently in the process of selling a property that has proven to be a bit tricky, but the sales team at Horizon Sales and Letting has been fantastic throughout. In particular, Charlotte Young has been outstanding — she’s managed to keep both parties and their solicitors well informed and engaged at every stage. Her communication and professionalism have made a stressful process much more manageable. Highly recommend!

Horizon have been great to deal with from the outset, from property purchase with Charlotte & team, Refurb, right through to quickly finding suitable Tenants led by Victoria, would highly recommend especially for Landlords looking to expand portfolios
