I’ve been with this estate agency for nearly five years, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant. My initial move was handled efficiently, and throughout my tenancy, any issues that arose were swiftly resolved. My main point of contact was Georgina, and she has been amazing throughout, always professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. More recently, when my landlord decided to sell the property, the team was incredibly proactive in finding me a new home specifically Chloe. Chloe managed this process for me, and she has been fantastic, so responsive and efficient. What could have been a stressful experience was made effortless by Chloe, turning a potentially difficult situation into a really positive one. I’m now looking forward to moving into my new home, which I love! A massive thank you to both Georgina and Chloe—they are both a credit to the firm!

Worst agency I have experience with. Don't give a contract, delay a contract signature multiple times. Don't inform the council about anything at all, so you need to deal with it yourself. Tried to take more money from the deposit, when requested cheques with prices got ignored, in the end we were able to half the amount they wanted.
