I have dealt with this office for a certain period of time. At the beginning, you are greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. However, once the contract is signed, the welcoming façade disappears, and the true nature is revealed. The treatment changes completely. Moreover, there are numerous false promises. They take no action whatsoever to address any housing issues you may encounter—only repeated words, talk, and more talk. At first, when you hear their reassurances and promises, you may be led to believe that your issue has been resolved or will be resolved soon. However, it quickly becomes clear that no action is taken at all. Despite the ongoing issues, they still insist that the rent be paid on time. My sincere advice: do not engage with this office—or if you must, proceed with extreme caution. Review the contract thoroughly, and document all observations and remarks in detail so they can not evade responsibility later. Lastly, I kindly request Shahid or Iqbal not to accuse me of dishonesty. I possess messages, emails, and photographs that clearly substantiate the accuracy of my statements.
