Charger 2 only giving me 10 minutes of charge before automatically ending charging session. Tried again and the same issue occurred. Car charges without any issues elsewhere. Just here I’ve had the problem.
Wouldn’t take a fuel card via the app. Had to use personal card and even then needed to change charging stations to finally get it charging. I’m a novice at all of this and this made it very challenging, especially in the freezing cold. First time using an instavolt and will try and avoid in the future. Much prefer others.
Fantastic service from instavolt I meet one of your workers called James at Starbucks he helped me download the app and was very polite and helpful. Great customer service 👏

Charger 1 doesn't have a connection for its card reader so there's no way to use it. Charger 2 seems ok
