Great service and respect for my late father. From the time of passing everything was done respectfully. All arrangements were taken care of. The church service to the burial and flowers were perfect. I know it's a team operation but a shout out to Jeannie for all her help I can only say a big thank you. Thanks to everyone for your help. ❤️ "Perfect send off "

I can’t thank Joe and his team enough for the exceptional care and support they provided after my dad’s passing. From the moment they collected him, they treated him with such dignity and gentleness, which brought our family immense comfort. They prepared and dressed him so thoughtfully for our visits, and seeing him cared for with such respect meant more than we can express. The entire process — from organising the cremation and service to handling all the small details — was carried out with true professionalism, patience, and remarkable attention to detail. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did for my dad and for our family. Highly recommended.

We lost our mam in August 2025, the staff at the Co op Funeral home were so friendly and kind, they really looked after mam and us as a family, Nothing was to much trouble they answered any questions we asked, a special thanks to Joe Mandy Becks and Fay, and to the rest of the team. With thanks from Ina Smithies daughters

Our darling mum always wanted us to be prepared for things and had made her end of life wishes very clear and wanted things as easy as possible for the family. When her time came, Mum wanted a Cremation only, no service, no cars, no flowers. Mum had already selected Co-op Funeral care to do this. On the day Mum passed, we contacted Mandy at Co-op Funeral care. Mandy was brilliant and explained everything very clearly, professionally, with respect. We felt confident that mum was in good hands. Mandy kept in regular contact and advised us of Funeral date for the selected Non Attended Cremation at Kirkleatham, Redcar. After mum's Cremation, mum's Ashes were returned to us with two locks of her hair and two copies of her fingerprints. Mandy/Co-operative were brilliant from the beginning to the end of the horrible sad process. Thank you from all of the family, especially to Mandy 🙏

Rachel the funeral director and the entire team at CO-OP funeralcare Middlesbrough were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They are so kind and considerate and extremely well trained in dealing with matters that need attention whilst also taking into account the emotional state of the family. Nothing at all was too much trouble and I can honestly say they made a real difference. So professional and so dignified throughout the entire process. Thank you all so much. The Lewis family
