After trying a number of garages and mechanics , being offered a quick temporary fix, Felix was the guy that finally sorted the issue . After diagnosing the problem he explained what needs to be done and used his own time to research reliable and fair priced places to swap out a chip on a bcm .once the unit was returned he’s back the same day to re fit it and get me back on the road . Dedicated and genuine, certainly got me as a customer for servicing and repairs from now on .
Rang today for help. Felix was round within 20 minutes. He found the fault. Explained everything to me ordered the part and he will be back on Thursday to put the car right. Very polite man and very genuine. I will definitely recommend and will be using again for all my car issues.
A really lovely man who helped me a great deal. I called for a specific job that I’d been told my car needed by another garage, when I called Felix out he diagnosed the problem and found that my car didn’t actually need what I’d called him out for. Where another mechanic might have just done the expensive job that I thought I needed and left it at that, he looked at the car and fixed the real issue, which was much cheaper, and left me with a now working car. Would definitely recommend, an honest mechanic - which can be difficult to find for a young girl that doesn’t know that much about cars haha
What a fantastic mechanic Felix is!! He sorted the brakes and replaced the drive belt, all the time explaining what he was doing. He identified a missing wheel nut (Tyre place hadn't fitted new tyre correctly, that's another story!) luckily he had the right size nut in his van, thank you for that. I would recommend Felix 100 percent, he was polite and professional at all times, it was a freezing cold day and he just got on with the job with no complaints, top mechanic !!
Top lad, very knowledgeable. I expected a premium on the prices with Felix being mobile but was pleasantly surprised and cheaper than my usual local garage. Would definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future, many thanks, Darren
