I had a pleasant experience! I have been in the UK for almost 9 years and this is the first time I have left a beauty salon satisfied! you have definitely won me over as a customer
I came in with a very patchy, pink head of hair and the lovely ladies at serendipity hair did a fantastic job. I love my new hair and the girls were very professional but so down to earth. Thankyou so much I feel like a new woman! 💕

Brilliant little salon. All staff are friendly and spend time understanding what you want. My hair looks amazing now and so does everyone else's leaving the salon! The stylists really are excellent at what they do. You need to book in advance - they're always busy!
Had appointment for 1st time yesterday + was amazing had total change . Cut shorter + went darker with a much better middle partning. So pleased with it I've booked in for Xmas so glad I've finally found someone who gives advice + makes suggestions . Thanks girls your stuck with me now . Xxx
