A person with a mental health condition can identify as psychic but if over prescribed it can cause memory issues, including amnesia, due to the effects of the drugs on the brain Trauma , anxiety, and depression through evidence-based treatments can provide a safe space to express feelings once again but the msg and the right quantity needs to be monitored also someone like carers and psychiatrists even a family Doctor should observe if the patient deteriorates. I know a few people that need different ways to regain good physical health and undo so many side effects off tablets and injections that are probably not needed ( I got the tea shirt so to speak ! ) Some of the different therapies / alternatives to ineffective medication include a range of mind-body, physical, and natural therapies like yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and aromatherapy, I hope this will help other vulnerable people who have long suffered as I understand your pain your feelings your suffering. I would also like to know if the mental health team understands me after a long mental health scar which is going to end, I do not wish to reverse the conditions but I hope it’s helped them understand the seriousness of mental health I wish them all the very best and to practice what they preach ( Psychiatry )

I'd give this less if I could. That place is a absolute joke. My daughter was in under section 2 and was servierly let down. They said they'd assessed her and were going to release her to uni halls after a month. We stepped in as as family and I brought her home, she was worse than what she went in. I've been advised by numerous professionals to put a complaint in to CQC which I will be doing.

I would not advise this place, my brother is in currently after a brain tumor removal which has now caused side effects we still don't know if it's neurological or phycological, they just sedate them up like zombies, and leave them, the staff don't know the patients, the consultant arranged a meeting then cancelled 50 minutes before the meeting, as he said he doesn't need to be there but gave no reason to why, we have had to chase for answers, my brother was bright, alert, chatty, hygienically clean, and now is dirty, can't hardly speak, hardly able to walk, can't keep his eyes open, is falling asleep all the time, we are the type of family who don't just leave things we are on the phone everyday he's gained 4 stone in 2 week, now he's been able to access other patients phones which he's not allowed a phone for many reasons, this place is supposed to help, he was detained they have had him two weeks, no really answers, how can they assess someone who has been pumped full of sedatives to a zombie state this place is shocking. Not even worth the star

No comment worth giving??? They are making it harder for patients to function as a normal human being with the restrictions that they impose on the patients, that are detained under the mental health act so having a mental health illness that the individual did not ask for in life is there punishment for not being normal like everyone else πŸ˜”
