Absolutely appalling - avoid at all costs. Rather than being of help, our experience of this place was that they caused much damage on top of the needs that they were meant to be helping, and were of no benefit whatsoever. Undertrained, self-interested, inconsiderate to the patients' needs and dangerously sloppy in their working practices. They also withheld feedback forms, so please don't believe their shining scores in reception - only those few people with a positive experience get the opportunity to provide feedback. Do whatever you can to find alternative help to this absolutely awful facility.
Illegal section wrong meds mixed up causing blackouts as I have a heart condition wrong address and they had the practice manager at my gp as my nearest nearest relative abuse on the ward theft of my items and the trust covered up Tunstall wRd where a lady was murdered by the trust then moved to this place I had private medical insurance my private dr said,s I have trauma from this place if you value your life don't let these cowboy s fob you off I'm available to family members and service users for witness statements to the inquest as I witnessed the abuse
This place is an absolute joke ive phoned them 4 times in the last 2 weeks concerning my daughter and everytime i get told they will phone me back not once have they returned my call i am going to be putting a complaint in to the nhs it was exactly the same years ago when my older daughter was under them getting assessed if there staff dont want to do the job get people in that do i would of give a 0 star if i could of
The male nurse who took my child's blood at an appointment asked if he was a hairy boy and said he smelled nice, not the type of question you ask a 14 year old
never come across a system that has this any problems especially admi team supposed sent letter out two weeks ago phone up two weeks late nothing has been logged and no letter has been sent out government need sort this out do something about it institute good for nothing don't even bother wasting your time with them just sitting in office waiting to get paid nothing else
