Palladium Pharmacy

I've been using this pharmacy for a number of years now. They were great during lock down as I am at risk and they delivered my medications to me. They have been doing so since, the delivery people always very pleasant and polite. The minor problem, apart from having to wait some time for phone to be answered, is that I receive no reminder when my prescription needs to be renewed. This has led to my running out of medication ion two occasions. There are other pharmacies who will remind people when their last prescription is due but I've been in those pharmacies and the staff are very impolite so I've decided to stay with David Jarvis and have now put a reminder on my phone which is not difficult and some would say is my responsibility. I needed my medication quickly last week and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They completed making my (large) prescription up even though there were only 10 minutes till their lunch time. This made the lady who served me late for her lunch. She was very gracious and remained polite and accepted my apology with grace. WELL DONE THANK YOU

Having moved to the area in need to a pharmacy i found this little Gem of a pharmacy with Excellent customer service as soon as you walk through the doors, every member of staff had a warm welcoming smile and a very adhering tone in how they spoke and accommodated every other member of public. Every time I have entered the establishment on numerous occasions they have been clean, tidy, and very well knowleged and have an excelent understanding of medication provided and what to offer even beating others with over the counter prices to aim to keep the prices low for the area, would highly recommend even changing pharmacies to here where I be collections or even deliveries as all staff are to a very high standard.

My mother, who has used this pharmacy for years had her prescription delivered. When she looked at the name of the medication she asked me to google it, at this wasnt her usual one. It was entirely the wrong medication, not used at all by my mother. My daughter on collecting hers was asked to verify her name and address, then was given someone else's prescription. These are not just mistakes but these are very serious errors. Thats 2 errors in 3 days from the same household. Other errors are most likely being made also. Someone needs to be double checking young, newly trained or lackadaisical staff. Someone is going to end up seriously ill or worse.

Said they didn't have my prescription so went to my surgery had told me they did. My surgery said to go back and they did have it took me over an hour because the staff didn't bother looking for what I needed and made me feel very unwanted
