I have visited twice in the past week. First time I was served by a dark haired young woman, very abrupt, no please or thankyous just took prescription once she'd finished a conversation with a colleague and said "any allergies" and "45 minute wait" then walked away. Young blonde haired lady served me the following day and she was better with her manners although not very engaging. Some intensive training in customer service skills would be beneficial although using manners is just basic respect when serving people.

The service by a young woman in the out patients pharmacy has left me without antibiotics that I needed to start today Having been told there was a 1hour 45min wait for a prescription to be fulfilled I heard her offering for other people to have theirs delivered.i returned to the desk and asked if mine could be delivered as I needed to return to work. She was plainly annoyed by the request and conducted a passive aggressive search through the trays for mine, eventually found it and said it would be out for delivery. When it still hadn't arrived by 8.30pm we rang them to ask if it would be coming only be told that they don't offer same day delivery and it will be wednesday!!! WHY ON EARTH I wasn't told that when I asked . Very irresponsible and dangerous practice

Dark haired women with stupidly long nails and duck lips was stood talking to other pharmacy staff for 10 minutes before even acknowledging i was stood there with a prescription. At this point there were multiple people waiting behind me. Very rude and just doesnt look like she wants to be there, just shouted about 1 hour wait, handed me a ticket and waked away. I will actively avoid this pharmacy in the future!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Having only used this Pharmacy once, I found the whole experience frustrating. One member of staff particularly was abrupt and quite honestly appeared to be not interested at all. Having travelled a long way for my appointment I was kept waiting for over 50 minutes for a prescription. Whilst I understand the staff must endure busy times and I'm sure, irrate customers,a little understanding of patient's feelings should not be too much to ask, after all it is a hospital and all patients requesting prescriptions are, by definition, suffering some form of illness.
