Well Pharmacy

I came to the pharmacy as they were so quick and responsive a year ago with good staff like Poppy, good service, polite and competent. Today i went with a collection slip presuming I would collect my medicine as it had been ready over 2 weeks. I was waiting 30 minutes, and the receptionist just said the pharmacist was on break, but my medicine was already done weeks ago. I came back and waited 55 minutes almost getting a parking charge, and left with no medicine. The item I went for is an item off the shelf and was already processed to collect. Whilst in there they confused patients personal data and medication and patients had to disclose personal information in front of other customer. I do not know what management have done but the change is dramatic and a concern for patient well-being. I changed pharmacy today as a result of this.

Chaotic with poorly trained staff who were clearly under severe pressure . We booked RSV vaccines online but the pharmacist was not qualified to administer them and was not expecting us.

Dreadful pharmacy service is shocking people are going days without medication when you phone and ask if prescription has been recieved reply is yes its ready when you arrive 6 hours later medication has not been done your now in a que 50 minute later your still waiting . The staff can not cope with the work load 15 people waiting attitude is shocking think this pharmacy needs a investigation to how they are not meeting people's needs Needless to say I have now gone else where

This pharmacy need to change in time of we call to reorder prescription the phone is busy today for hours then when the phone is ring they cut of your call and put a side to be busy that is not good when we rang to order then they not talking good you feel where can you get help if is not them ? Please put your phone on not a side to be engaged also pick the phone this need to be sort out we need help from them , like today since 10am I rang the their phone is busy till now 12.15pm this is not fair I need to do other things I can't need to reorder my medication is finished Please pick your phone and not in busy thank you

I have been with this Chemist for sometime and always helpful until taken over recently To be told I’m not expecting med Sri in which was there then to be told my medication is out of stock and to go elsewhere when I asked what are they going to do about it. Then to find out the pharmacist claimed (I’d didn’t know this at the time) it and I had to get another prescription ( I had been waiting for medication for a few weeks now ) I’ll not use this chemist again there couldn’t care less
