AVIOD!!! ABSOLUTE CONMEN Came to service our boiler, they advised the boiler was was leaking carbon monoxide and needed fixing, the gas supply was turned off to my boiler and advised they would be in touch with a quotation. Upon receiving this we quickly realised something wasn’t adding up. They tried to charge us £800+ for a repair that didn’t even need doing. They left us with no heating or hot water for over a week with two young children in our house. We have since asked another reputable gas engineer to check our boiler only to be told there is no repair needed and no readings or correct information have been added to the register. If they had done this to a vulnerable person they could have paid over the odds for something that just was not necessary. Use at your own risk you have been warned!!

Phoned star plumbing for an issue at my workplace late at night and they were out within 20 minutes, sorted the issue immediately! Really fast and great service thanks guys!

I had (what I thought was) a simple leak, once that was fixed, another hidden leak was discovered and the guys went above and beyond to sort all the problems before leaving. The team went above and beyond to get it fixed. Superb attitude, and great customer service from their head office too.

We have had numerous issues in the past boiler related and nothing has ever been too much. Very responsive and dedicated to getting the issue resolved no matter the time nor day. Recently had our boiler serviced, the lads turned up on time, as scheduled. Competitive prices and really good standards of work.
