Middlesbrough Delivery Office

really royal mail was never this bad this is terrible the service there is staff taking post and not delivering

Was on hold and managed to get a shower and get dressed and book a taxi to the delivery office becofe I got an answer only to find that laziness has only got worse and they are now only open 8-10 then 4-6!!! Nobody had a clue what was going on when they answered the phone and my next day delivery has now cost me a total of £40 after taxis. Idiots

Absolutely appalled at Royal Mail Middlesbrough my Pandora order which was approximately £200.00 has been delivered today with only the return slip inside, no products at all! I waited all morning for the delivery, I received a text and email saying it had been delivered with the picture showing the box open, being posted into the letterbox by the postman. When we picked up the box it was open and it only had the return slip inside nothing else no jewellery. I rang Royal Mail who said they can’t do anything about this, all of these items are now out of stock at Pandora and I am very disappointed. How can a postman post something which is clearly opened and has no products inside? This is terrible service and then to be told on the phone Royal Mail Middlesbrough will investigate but not provide any feedback at all as it could have been stolen before postage is ridiculous. No attempt to locate the jewellery or even find out what had occurred! No packaging from Royal Mail Middlesbrough saying it was damaged in transit or anything else! That was Christmas money spent and it is very sad.

Had a parcel to be delivered yesterday which was returned to the depot despite the delivery driver having the code to my gate to leave it in a safe place, just to come to the depot first thing this morning and have the assistant at the desk tell me he cant be bothered to look for it as itll 'be in a big pile' and he 'doesnt have the time'. Shocking customer service.

Opening times are incorrect. Came to pick up a parcel only to find a note on the door with different opening hours displayed!!! There were around 4 others waiting who were also expecting it to be open. Update your opening hours as this is really inconsiderate for those who have to travel!
