We recently used Watson Woodhouse Conveyancing for both buying and selling. Alisha Stevenson provided exceptional service and was always very responsive and professional. This is the second time using Watson Woodhouse for conveyancing we have been very happy with the service we received.

Unfortunately, as first time buyers we had a very negative experience with Watson Woodhouse Middlesbrough. There was never any communication whatsoever from Watson Woodhouse any update or communication was due to us calling them ( often several times) or the estate agents chasing them. Our solicitor Richard ignored literally every single email we sent him in regards to any questions or updates. He did not respond to one email. The only direct contact Richard had with us was to send us our forms that we had to print ourselves, and even in this email he had not sent us our mortgage deed ( which he said was attatched and it wasn’t) and when I emailed straight back asking for it I was once again ignored and had to chase this up myself Whenever we rang the office, Julie who spoke to us was so unbelievably rude to me every time. At one point, when I asked for an update and they said they were waiting for the sellers solicitors ( which was not true) I rang again and Julie actually loudly sighed and said ‘ right? And?’ I couldn’t believe the way this woman was speaking to me and it made me very anxious to phone and ask for updates, even though we are the ones paying them. Never again will I go with these solicitors, they made what is supposed to be a very exciting chapter in our lives unnecessarily stressful and handled everything extremely unprofessionally.
