TUI Holiday Store

We had an absolutely fantastic experience booking our holiday to Cancun Mexico through the TUI Middlesbrough store and we honestly could not be happier with the service we received. From the moment we walked in Ella and Jorgie made us feel completely at ease. They were friendly knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us plan the perfect holiday. Nothing felt rushed and every question we had was answered clearly and patiently which made the whole booking process stress free and enjoyable. They helped us choose The Grand Sirenis and it sounds absolutely incredible. Everything was explained in detail from the resort facilities to what we can expect during our stay. Their attention to detail and personal touch really stood out and gave us total confidence that we have chosen the right destination and hotel. What makes this holiday even more special is that we will be celebrating our daughter’s sixth birthday while we are there. Ella and Jorgie were so thoughtful and considerate when helping us plan. Knowing this trip will create such special memories for her makes the experience even more meaningful for us as a family and it is truly going to be a birthday she will remember forever. A special mention as well for the fantastic coffee in store. It is a small touch but it made the whole experience even more welcoming and relaxed. Overall this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ella and Jorgie are a real credit to TUI and we would not hesitate to book with them again or recommend the Middlesbrough branch to anyone planning a holiday.

We went to tui middlesbrough to book a city break and a cruise. Jorgie was our agent and she was fantastic, couldn't of been more helpful. She assisted us with setting up the 3 apps we needed and recommended the purchase of a city pass which will save us a lot of money.Her friendly approach is a rare thing these days and we will definately come back to this store in the future because of her. She is a credit to the company, well done.
