Amazing team Katherine/eleana and all the staff are great with my Lolly they give her lots of attention even thought she may be a bit antisocial, Lolly recently needed X-rays from lameness they explained everything that would happen and rang me straight away with a plan going forward which was greatly appreciated. Me and Lolly wouldn’t go anywhere else keep up the great work guys xx
2 weeks ago, on Friday, I had to put one of my cats to sleep. It was unexpected but Scarlett (receptionist) was absolutely brilliant with me. She was very caring, supportive and provided emotional support throughout. As it was unexpected, she was there for me to discuss options which she then relied between me and the vet. Obviously, I was absolutely heartbroken but she was there to listen and talk to me. I don't think I could do it without her, her presence and support made that day slightly easier and I am greatfull to her.
AVOID if you find yourself in a similar predicament. I am uncertain if the two receptionists were attempting to be disingenuous, but one of them quoted me approximately £200 for an alternative plan, stating that they're not sure that the @£100 annual flea and worm treatment plan was available, more like pushing me to get the most expensive one. Yet, the option that I need, it's available in other region, with vets4pets. For the receptionist today: Should you encounter this feedback, I recommend consulting your manager in the future, as your lack of accurate information led to my departure. Ultimately, this is not a loss for me, as numerous other locations are accessible.
Special appreciation to Bea who was amazing with our elderly dog, Jackson. She was kind, patient, and gentle with him. Her care and compassion truly sets her apart. We feel incredibly lucky to have her looking after him. Highly recommend this vets.
Right now I’m raging ! Totally Furious !! About to make a formal complaint with the professional body for vets. Dog with serious skin condition £75 for medication. Couple of weeks later £85 for more medication. The condition continued adversely. Weeks on and Offered a thorough assessment and testing of the condition for £173. Readily paid this. Told we would have the results three days later. They received the results on the 4th day but couldn’t be arsed to contact us with these results. And so our dog had to continue to endure her painful condition. We had to contact THEM on the Saturday morning. Hardly an excuse to give. Kept using the “the vet is dealing with emergencies” as an excuse instead of dealing with our complaint. They explained that the test results was showing that our dog was given the correct medication for her condition. We asked if we could come straight away for more medication . . . The response “No - Sorry we are closed” !! If they’d contacted us when promised, our Dog would 1) Have Medication 2). Had her pain reduced. And yet, they couldn’t be arsed !!! VFP - 1). Cancelling our monthly care subscription. 2). Enrolling our Dog with a proper Vet. 3). Paying for a thorough testing of the condition. You claim that the past medication is suffice for her present condition . . . So why hasn’t it been rectified ?? VFP - Your company is an utter disgrace and in my opinion an embarrassment to your so called profession. You will clearly know the client from this review. Your head office, ( not your branch ) should contact us to discuss further if you can be bothered !!
