I'm disabled, service with a smile after struggling to get around matters. Lovely helpful staff, bring what i order to me, and anything further I need. Good value for money.

Great staff, great coffee. Cakes were dry, the double chocolate muffin was a chocolate muffin with chocolate cream on top and a small flake. The muffin was a bit dry and over baked was expecting it to be gooey inside was wasn’t. Sausage and egg bagel was really nice. Tuna crunch wrap was really big and delicious said Mam. Would be three star but an extra star for the staff. Price was reasonable two coffees bagel, sandwich four cakes and two drinks and two crisps for kids £30 all in.

Great little spot for brunch in the Hill Street Centre Middlesbrough. Open very early with very friendly and efficient staff (visited morning of 8.9.25). Egg menu is fantastic and meal was good.

Used to be great here but the staff have changed a lot over the past year or so and the service and atmosphere are now not as good. Our visit was tarnished today by being asked to finish our drinks and leave as they were closed - this was at 3.10 when the closing time for the day is 4.00pm. Not impressed! 😡

This place normally serves good coffee, mochas and lattes and cakes but today was a little disappointing as I ordered a caramel latte and a coffee cake with cream and got a plain latte with no cream for my cake. But it was nice and the cakes was nice
