Thank you for the beautiful platters for a party everyone loved them. I will definitely order again 😀
Ordered 2 Chelsea buns, they were so stale and dry it was as if they had been there for several days, they were thrown straight in the kitchen bin - disappointed and a total waste of money!
Went in this morning, the lady asked me what I wanted before I'd even got up to the counter let alone had a look. Asked for 2 vegetable pasties, as they are the only vegan pastry in the shop. She said they were quite hot so we waited a good 20 mins or so before even trying to eat them, and she had given us cheese and onion pasties. I'm not bothered about the whole thing, I've binned them and we won't eat them, but the fact is we could have had allergies, and it could have been potentially bad. Natasha's law is in place for things like that, I think the staff need to take more care in what they are doing. Has put me off going back in future
The sausage rolls are lovely but the staff, not so much. The first thing i heard when I walked in earlier today was the two women behind the counter talking badly about a customer who had just left. I then made a joke about the price of one of the drinks and both women went silent. I paid for my items, left and heard, “can you believe that?” “I know!” Please have your staff retrained on social skills and customer service because what I saw and heard today was unacceptable.
Have been here many times and the quality of food is always amazing but the service not so much. Went in today for the usual meal deal that I get for myself and my partner and we were first not offered the flapjack that comes with it and then when questioned we were told we could only have one, even though the meal deal is a sandwich drink and flapjack. Since we were getting two sandwiches and two drinks we should also get two flapjacks. It was rude bad customer service and makes me not want to go back.
