I recently purchased a mattress, and Ian provided an outstanding experience. His friendly demeanour instantly put me at ease, and he took the time to explain the mattress's features and specifications thoroughly. He highlighted the benefits of various materials and styles, helping me choose the perfect one for my needs. To top it all off, he generously offered me a mattress protector at no extra charge, which was a delightful bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience!

10/10 We were desperate for a new mattress. Organised one on the phone, delivered that day and took the old one away. Absolutely brilliant service- was also new year’s eve! Would recommend and use this company again.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful, very reliable. Reasonable prices and high quality, our double divan bed, base with four drawers and mattress, are brilliant, great new addition to our new home. Great service by the lady who helped my mam choose a bed. Very patient. However, it isn't wheelchair friendly which was a huge problem. We were informed that who owns it has been informed but isn't really bothered about this. Otherwise, good quality beds.. great prices.
