The male member of staff in today, had no customer service skills. Didn't speak. Too busy listening to the grand national build up on the radio very off putting!!

Really rude customer service, told me something along he lines of "Buy it online, It'll be the only place you can get it when I close down thanks to people like you" and "thanks for wasting my time." I asked him about the price of hair dye as it had been raised a lot since the last time I bought it in there. Never been treat so rudely in a shop before. Would NOT recommend at all. Owner actually tried to start a fight with me online afterwards- really weird behaviour from a grown man.

Did not offer assistance for customers who shop there frequently. Instead of just saying "I'm really sorry, that's not possible." The owner decided to rant about finances. This is not the first time I've heard the owner be rude. Lacks people skills and the quality of most items very questionable. Never shopping here again.

Loved this place so much. The staff were so kind. When I went to take something back because I got the wrong thing. I was offered a free pair of gloves. Would recommend.
