I stopped using this shop months ago as there was a worker who was not nice and had bad manners even tho I was being nice. Avoid at all costs since I've been told by a few people that they have been ripped off here.

Order #A665802: Paul & Shark Polo Shirt Item arrived with a long faded horizontal line across the chest. Kind of like when you apply a hot dry iron over a crease. Returned and explained that the item was damaged. They still charged £7.99 for postage and claimed the mark was just a crease that would wash out. Not sure how washing an item would remove a scorch mark but they wouldn’t budge. Will not be using this store again and advise all to avoid!!

Great clothes, but the staff are like vultures. They pounce the second you walk through the door. Also, they don’t offer refunds, even with receipt. Only store credit. I’m sure that’s against the consumer rights act, but hey ho. I’ll look more into that and update this review accordingly.

Lovely lady who I dealt with and verry helpfull and a great sence of humour. Great prices on there tracksuits and trainers and fit perfectly, I got a tracksuit and a pair of trainers for 50 pound, can't complain really.

Brilliant shop with good quality clothes at a fraction of cost. Such friendly staff up for a chat and very knowledgeable on sizing and fit of the different styles.
