Disgusted in the customer service today, what a arrogant person. I've not liked this shop for a while they follow you around like criminals. I asked a simple question do you have shorter leg lengths with jumpsuits. I got told they are supposed to be like that! The jumpsuits are made to fit one leg length and I said not everyone is the same height. Never heard so much rubbish in my life and for the lad to say I know quite a lot was just arrogance. If you want the same clothes for a cheaper price and nicer customer service go to Redcar and Stockton Market

I visited this shop with my partner and family yesterday and I was disgusted with the arrogance of the staff We were all followed all around the store like we were criminals When my partner said to me she was leaving the store because she felt creeped out by this the man, he started having a go and say she is only leaving because I am Asian that was never said she was leaving the store because she felt creeped out by being watched and stared at Horrible staff members We have shopped in there before and never had this so not a clue what staff you are employing in this store anymore But we certainly will never return to this store again.

I had to press the star because it won't let you leave a review otherwise. One of the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I bought three tops all size medium and informed owner I hadn't time to try them on and he said I could return them and would be given a credit note. Fair enough. I returned two tops labelled as medium size which was obviously a mistake as they were an ex small. I'm a size 10/12 and I literally could not get my arms in. So obviously never worn. I had removed one label but returned it with the top, plastic tie included. I left the tops whilst waiting for the manager's return and they had swapped the pin top with one that was marked a d then accused me of marking it and refused to give me a credit note. I said I would complain to trading standards and the manager refused to give me a credit note for either top. This shop is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to visit and would advise that if you want decent products and good service then avoid this shop.

I went into find an Xmas dress, it had no figure, it was cheap, broke apart within hours, shit quality, severely disappointed, travelled to this shop from Hartlepool to be very disappointed.
