Swapped over to TS3 Sports in the last couple of seasons, for my football clubs kit-provider. Their customer service have always been really responsive and they've always helped in anyway they can. The Kits we continue to order come back so quickly and the embroidery and printing is too such a great standard too!

Have been using TS3 sports now since 2017. The items are great quality & well printed. We use Joma kits which we are aware may cause slight delays due to stock levels - highly recommend the service, any issues these are resolved for you. Sadly some things can be out of their hands & frustrating as some things take longer to deliver but we’ve noticed a huge improvement in delivery times & communication in the last 12 months. We will continue to use for our club!

Order cancelled days after placing saying no stock. Email received confirming cancellation but advising nothing refunded.... tried to call and chat on site not available. So have my money and no details from them on how refund will be done. Terrible customer service. Least needed here is a time frame not me having to chase for my money back. AVIOD **Please see response below. This is great to recieve but this information is not in email sent to me to advise. Also site shows items in stock when ordering. Not that the purchase was a preorder. If this was the case the site should show and information should be clear at purchase and when refunded in their correspondence. Not when someone has had to do this. Customer service is proactive when best, not reactive.**
