Today I visited xFix/Device4U to upgrade the RAM on my device, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding customer service, explained everything clearly, and completed the upgrade quickly and professionally. PS5 SCUF controller headphone port not working. Fixed for great price and fast service. Even received some great advice on devices to try help prevent same issue reoccurring and for another issue I was having with something else. Highly recommend, very efficient and friendly. I'll be taking all my devices there from now on.

Although my laptop ended up being beyond repair due to lack of parts on the market, the people at XFix were amazing. Fast service for what assumedly needed to be done, and patient with phone calls. In the end, it was 35 quid for the consulting and to have the SSD taken out so I could salvage my data on a drive. Absolutely will go again should I have any laptop or phone troubles in the future
