One of the worst customer experiences I've had. I purchased 15 packs of cladding and I was short on a single piece. They had one piece as a display product and they had no more packs left so I asked the man at the till since you have no more packs Can i purchase the single piece on display and offered him him some money for it. He refused the request and said its not the same its different even though it was the same. I told him I was willing to pay for it and that it would be no use to him or anyone and would likely go in the bin since they had sold out on the the packs. He then agreed and started to bicker to his work colleague whilst I went to grab the piece. When i returned to the till he was still bickering and even to the point of me leaving the store. I wish i had not even asked and to be treated like that. I hope they read this and learn from their mistakes because I will never shop here again.

❌ 28|04|25 ❌ Absolutely horrendous place! RACIST! I had a piece of wood cut from here previously and when taking the piece back to have further cuts made (willing to ofcourse pay) i was told ‘no’ as it would damage the blade. The strange lady and man at the reception asked someone who was the guy who cuts the wood if he would cut it, and he first said yes until the strange man at reception added ‘she bought the wood herself’ which then changed their mind to cutting it. I asked if they had any wood in a similar thickness (2inch) i was told ‘NO’ and was not even attended to. Very contradictory! And strange! B&Q OFFER FREE CUTTING AND HAVE FREE WOOD OFFCUTS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THEIR STORES! Save yourselves a crap experience!!!! ❌

I just asked for 2 small wood piece cut to size and promised for cheapest option, given for a cheaper estimate than real price, really surprised when ı charged for nearly full sheet of plywood for two small piece of plywood offcuts. I have known this shop for cheapest always but looks like ı should’ve ask for accurate estimate first…
