We finished up having to organise a joint funeral for my mother and father in law. We came here to get some flowers and the two ladies in the shop were so helpful. ( Sorrry I can't remember your names). They got flowers out of the fridge to show us colour variations and explained what they recommended. We were very pleased with the flowers.

Butterflies florist provided all flowers for our December wedding. They were easy to work with and helpful in bringing my vision into reality. I knew generally what I wanted it to look like and the team were patient and knowledgable in suggesting how to make this happen. Throughout the planning they were mindful of budget and happy to suggest alternatives to keep costs down. Our wedding was just after Christmas - other florists said this could be too difficult, yet Butterflies were confident they could make it happen. On the day Karen and her delivery team were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our set-up looked its best.

2nd review for this florist, their flowers and arrangements are beautiful and fresh, I would highly recommend. I ordered some flowers for my friend and was extremely pleased with the freshness of the flowers, the lovely arrangement and very prompt delivery service. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely use again, thank you!

Beautiful bouquet received today 17th the day after I rang to order. Can't ask for better service. Thanks to Karen and the team once again. Just ordered another bouquet for the 18th. Brilliant florist, wouldn't use any one else👍❤️

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers, they arrived this morning and are so disappointing. They look nothing like what I ordered and there’s no way this is £40 worth of flowers and roses are dying. Definitely avoiding this place!
