Karen and Paul have recently visited my workplace to hold multiple wreath making sessions for our christmas activities. Very well organised, fresh branches and seasonal trinkets to add. Very easy to follow instructions. Even learned how to fluff up a handmade bow. Karen is a very experienced and knowledgeable florist. Very well recommended to all. Thank you Both.

Online order for a last minute Christmas present. Perfect little Christmas tree with lights and baubles delivered on time. My Mum loves it, thank you.

My son in law ordered Mother’s day flowers. The flowers received were no where near what the online picture showed. I understand it’s a representation however arrived in a Valentines bag and left on the door step in rain with a 3rd of flowers that are shown on line. More foliage, feathers than flowers What is unprofessional after calling to say how disappointed my daughter was and speaking with a lady called Emma a £9.99 refund was given for a £51.98 order. I called today to ask why £9.99 and was told Mr Brown will call back. What a rude man and even hung up on me saying he couldn’t speak to a 3rd party however Emma & Donna were both happy too. Mr Brown spoken to my son in law and laughed saying he isn’t it a shame that your partner was upset and I’m disappointed any refund was given. * 𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓 following on from florists reply.Emma was professional and offered to see what could be done. I called to query why it was £9.99. Donna was professional and advised that I would need to speak to Mr Brown. I never mentioned wanting a refund for delivery it. Mr Brown has been the only rude and unprofessional person. Poor service Unprofessional Over priced and under quality product !

Wendy Thompson - Absolutely amazing wreath workshop. Karen was fabulous and her instructions were very easy to follow. There were 22 of us and she managed to assist each and every one of us to an exceptionally high standard. Highly recommend this workshop and this company.
