Thomas was really helpful when we went to purchase our sofa, dining chairs and bar stools. Good value. Tracy was also helpful, as were all the team who looked after my wallet after leaving it there the day before!

Again we visited the Stockton shop to purchase more furniture for our new property. We wanted to use the same sales person as we did the week previous his name is Cham. Very good knowledge on every bit of furniture we asked about, from measurements, colours etc in the end we left with 4 sofas cham once again was brilliant we will be back soon for more stuff and certainly will ask for Cham. He’s a credit to this store thank you again Cham 👍🏻

Went in store today with my daughter was not bothered by any staff ( which I love ) but I spoke to a gentleman called Ben Dixon absolute spot on with his knowledge, I explained what I wanted he showed me different ranges and prices I actually bought in the store ( was going to look elsewhere ) all sorted now also would just like to mention a lady called Lynn who was very polite & friendly with us both. Lovely store

Polite friendly staff. Welcomed us in and we're happy for us to browse the store, looking for some wall art. Realising we were drawn to a particular piece the stff member approached us again with a friendly and comfortable mannor.

The staff at this store are excellent. It's a completely different experience from visiting other furniture stores where you are pressured and given no time to browse and think. Particularly want to mention Jack and Thomas who went out of their way to load a chair into a van for us to take away on the day of purchase. It was a tight fit but they did it and with a smile. Nothing is too much. Fantastic service well done guys. Oh and I love the chair!
