Ordered a sofa from there less that 30 days ago scratch marks along the back holes where the buttons are and some not in the correct place Did message when they left got told to put a hair dryer to the holes and they’ll give me 50 back. Didn’t once give me the option to have a full refund. Instead had to get a replacement Ordered which I wouldn’t of done if the option was given been scammed before so very anxious Of ordering again wouldn’t recommend at all.

Do NOT buy furniture from this shop. Dodgy furniture, not built as per UK government guidelines. After care is appalling. They prey on old vulnerable people. This company promise to change broken furniture, but they lie. Elderly, frail customers are asked to wait at home all day for new furniture to arrive, when the company knows they are lying and NO new furniture will ever arrive. Its disgusting. Please do NOT buy from this company. They need reporting to Watchdog, Trading Standards and Citizens Advice Bureau, and local councils they hire these shops from.
