My experience at this shop was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked basic customer service skills — they were unhelpful, dismissive, and constantly came up with weak excuses instead of offering real solutions. It felt like they didn’t care at all. What made things worse was their attitude toward me as a single mother. One staff member even made a disrespectful comment implying we might be poor, which was completely out of line. While they acted like £2 was a fortune, they treated my spending of £20 like it meant nothing. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that or made to feel uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I’d caution others to do the same. We are single moms of course It has nothing to do with bedside table but it has affected the way you asked us for 20£ and made us feel very bad in front of our kids. The bedside table wasn’t damaged by us the staff or owner cooked a story only and after he changed his words as well 2 times. It was as it is how we bought and same as we brought to return.

Just because £20 may not be much to them doesn’t mean they should belittle others — especially when they were acting like £2 was worth £2000 to them. No one should be made to feel judged or unwelcome when shopping. I won’t be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and decency.

Stay Very Well Clear - You Been Warned. Paid £800 and been told good will be delivered 2 days after. That did not happen. Day after the 1st promised been told after a day but they did not come for a week again which ruined our holidays and travel plans. Bare in mind our burn was then less than 3 months old that he knew. Goods did not come as ordered and beds were missing. We asked them where the beds were and we were told their manufacturer don’t manufacture them anymore. Asked them if they could refund our money and we been told we could only use that money to buy other stuff. We kept 2 mattresses for which they charged £800. Both of these mattresses are so bad that 10 minutes after they bend half in size and become so thin. Spoke to their delivery man and he said they buy use mattresses and just change the covers and sell them. Don’t fall for their polite attitude because their true colours be apparent as soon as you have paid the money! It is a shame that their neighbour warned us about their misconduct with hundreds customer but we fell for that trick. Beware!

Since 2017 this is my first choice store for furniture and mattresses. Nasim, his son and his staff are so helpful and careful. The first time I bought there, I had a whole house fitted out with furniture. They took it up a narrow staircase without damaging the newly-decorated walls. They assembled it in the rooms it was intended for, leaving it exactly where I wanted it, in accordance with my floorplans. An excellent Middlesbrough family business.

Naz was really helpful. Great deals. I bought 4 beds and 4 mattresses. He did me a good deal and very helpful with delivery etc.
