Excellent service from everyone, especially Nikki. I’d reserved some earrings as a little gift for my wife. When went to collect I wasn’t actually to into them. Nikki found some options and I purchased the perfect gift for the occasion. Very nice branch of beaverbrooks too. Highly reccomend

Outstanding service. Purchased an Oris Propilot and had issues with the strap which were due to manufacturer fault of incorrect colour of strap. The store sorted everything out without any drama. Big shout out to Mike who went above and beyond with his excellent customer service 👏

Went to the store looking for a wedding band and I was greeted by a lovey woman Jessica, very helpful when choosing the ring. When I went to chase the ring up the rest of the staff was very helpful. I am very happy with the service provided by the staff in store. Thanks

I went to this store today after calling the store and speaking with Lucinda, after a horrible experience at the store in the metro centre the night before Lucinda more than made up for any doubts we had. She was very polite and went above and beyond to help us. We definitely need more people like this is customer service.

Me & partner came to pick our wedding rings on Friday and we were warmly welcomed by Lucinda.Lucinda was super knowledgeable,patient and helpful whilst we tried on different rings until we found the one! Thank you so much, Lucinda - we're so pleased we came to the store and had you look after us; making the experience one to remember :) x
