We had the best experience in store today. I had an appointment arranged to try a ring on and after missing the appointment the ring increased in price, but the ladies in store managed to honour the original price for us. They spent lots of time helping with my choice and went over and above. Lovely ladies and would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you ❤️

We today purchased a beautiful Vera Wang engagement ring, reduced to £2000 from £5000 and it is absolutely stunning. Our future daughter in law will be ecstatic, but not as much as my Husband will be when our Son pays us back once the surprise proposal is done. I rang EJ Middlesbrough and spoke to a lovely lady called Sue. Sue managed to order the ring for us to be delivered to store 4 days earlier than we could, which we were very grateful for as we are on a very tight timescale. The customer service from Sue was fab, she’s a very professional, lovely woman, we never felt rushed or pressured at all and Sue answered all of our questions. The other 2 ladies in store were also very nice. Fingers crossed she says yes’ 🤞🏼🙏🏼

We came in last september to get some very last minute rings after planning to get married in a few days so my Mam with terminal cancer could be at the wedding. We were served by Manesha, who was the loveliest most suppotive person, she let us try on lots of different rings, and was able to get the rings we wanted delivered in under 24 hours. She was so friendly and bubbly both times we visited, and made the whole process so easy it was like being served by a good friend. I cant recomend this place enough, Manesha and the team were all lovely
