I want to WARN everyone about my experiences with this gold shop in Middlesbrough. I’ve dealt with the owner many times, and on several occasions I was sold gold that was not the purity I was told it was. When I tried to sell it back, I was told it wasn’t 22 carat even though that’s what I originally paid for. I’ve also been charged very high prices compared to the actual value. In my personal experience, this shop has not been honest or transparent with gold purity or pricing. I strongly advise people to be extremely cautious and always double-check everything before buying. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

A lot of their gold is pure 24 carrat and the designs are unmatched. If you're looking for high quality, pure gold accessories, you need to give Furyaal jewellers a try. Please be warned. These people are scammers and crooks. Don't be fooled by the beard and head coverings. We exchanged our pure gold jewellery and in return they gave us fake gold. When we questioned them; He started threatening us.

The Pakistani Bearded guy was rude and extremely ignorant WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS also illiterate and has no manners or respect. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!
