Amazing, I never expected my mam's rings to be so perfect. I inherited her wedding and engagement rings. Diamond was missing so had it replaced plus both rings enlarged to fit my finger. I meant to leave this review in September, amazing business and service. Me and my now fiancé were actively looking around to get her engament ring resized, it is a sentimental ring and was around 8 sizes too big for her. We went to H Samuels and other chains and the told us it would be impossible to downsize that much and suggested we just take the diamond and put it in another ring (not an option). Was recommended Goldcare through word of mouth and was immediately greeted with positive words and reassurance that it was not problem and could be sorted, and it was sorted and I picked the ring up later that day and you would never know it was altered. Unbelievable work. Because it was done so quickly I surprised my fiancé with the ring when I picked her up from work. If you have jewellery alterations, definitely take your business here! Had my engagement ring sized down and my husband's wedding band sized up in this shop. They were very careful not to affect any details on the rings, discussed different options with us, and in the end, did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. In addition, they are just lovely friendly people in general :) We could not be happier with the service, highly recommend!

I had to have my engagement ring cut off over 33 years ago due to my fingers swelling during pregnancy. Over the years I lost it, but my husband found it recently. After reading reviews I took it to Goldcare, I expected it to cost a fortune, but the price was very reasonable. I picked it up today and am over the moon with it. I would highly recommend Goldcare, the staff are fantastic, and the repairs are done on site and not sent away. I cannot praise them enough.
