I want to feedback about the wonderful customer service I’ve received from Gary at your Middlesbrough store. He is so welcoming, down to earth and funny. And very knowledgable. I went to get some jewellery valued and he was incredibly helpful. He was sensitive to my situation (my mother in law has just died) and showed compassion and a genuine interest. When my jewellery returned to the store he was so lovely, sharing in my excitement and was so pleased for me. He’s also arranged for me to have a wedding and engagement ring altered to fit me. It’s been an utter pleasure meeting you such a genuine person and to receive such slick service. He’s a real credit to your store ☺️ And I must add that all the other staff were very friendly and welcoming too.

Came in looking for a new engagement ring to match my wedding band as my original was a different metal and was too big. Tom was absolutely fab. He was so patient with me as I’m very particular and wanted a specific ring with emerald. I tried on a dozen rings but couldn’t find what I wanted. He explained the options of designing my own and helped me try different rings to match a shape/stone layout that I was happy with. I came back with my husband today as I had changed my mind completely (sorry Tom) but ended up choosing the ring Tom helped me find but kept it as it is without changing the stone. Gary the manager sorted it out for us, he was efficient, professional and patient. He helped me try on some other rings prior to this one but was honest when they didn’t suit my other ring. Thank you so much guys, I can’t stop looking at my new ring.
