After seeing the Citizen watch in a jewellers near me for a hundred pounds less than anywhere else I'd seen at the time, I couldn't believe it. I went in to buy the watch, they then realised they had it displayed wrong. They offered me a 20% discount because it was listed wrong but I didn't take it. I walked away quite disappointed. I then looked online and found Hillier Jewellers. The watch here was cheaper than any where else! So I hit the button. I had to talk to Hillier Jewellers about shipping and I have to say their customer services is fantastic! I am after a seiko which they have so I will be purchasing again! Fantastic! Thank you so much, I love the watch!

I purchased a Seiko Shogun in pre-Christmas online sale. Everything perfect; communications, fast dispatch/delivery, best price on the net and a fantastic top quality watch; what's not to like? I don't have any connection with Hillier Jewellers, I just share their great name by coincidence! I will certainly be using them again. Highly recommended 🙂

Having thought about buying a Tissot PRX for some time I finally decided to bite the bullet. Adam and his team couldn’t have been more helpful! They were very accommodating and knew their stuff. Not local to store, so ordered online a 50th birthday gift from my amazing wife. Best price offered anywhere for this watch, so no hesitation to buy here. Would like to of purchased over counter as shop reviews were good. Quick and safe despatch, highly recommend.
