Ordered a Seiko online on Sunday night, only to realise I was less than 10 minutes away from the shop for work the following day for work. A quick phone call when they opened to ask if I could pick it up and that was that. Everyone was really helpful and friendly in store. They even had my warranty card stamped and ready to go. Great service. Will definitely buy from them again.

After seeing the Citizen watch in a jewellers near me for a hundred pounds less than anywhere else I'd seen at the time, I couldn't believe it. I went in to buy the watch, they then realised they had it displayed wrong. They offered me a 20% discount because it was listed wrong but I didn't take it. I walked away quite disappointed. I then looked online and found Hillier Jewellers. The watch here was cheaper than any where else! So I hit the button. I had to talk to Hillier Jewellers about shipping and I have to say their customer services is fantastic! I am after a seiko which they have so I will be purchasing again! Fantastic! Thank you so much, I love the watch!
