my experience today with two beautiful ladies, outstanding customer care and service, they both so kindly ensured i got what i wanted within my budget, so professional, kind ,well spoken and helpful, they both had me leaving the store with a smile on my face!! the two girls where very knowledgeable and efficient.the both made sure i left with exactly what i wanted and it’s absolutely beautiful thankyou to you both lovely to chat with, i will definitely be coming again.

I have a very bad experience and customer service is zero. My husband ordered necklace and earrings from online for my birthday and I tried it but the earring was too tight and the quality was not good though.There was written in bill that we can exchange within a month. So, I went for the exchange. The staff asked me that have you wear it and I said yes then she said that we can’t exchange because you already wear it. Is it make sense how can I know without checking it.

Went to town, with the hope of finding a present for my wife and daughter. When I got to the store I was told I wasn't able to view the products. Simple buy them, seemed strange to me!

Came into the store today and was served by a lovely lady called Grace. She did a great job, she had great customer service skills, very smart, well spoken lady and she really took interest in what we were looking for. Also great options in the store for jewellery.
