Tesco Express

Made a Tesco whoosh order; there was no updates and unable to track. After I had placed the order and had been waiting for over an hour (it was estimated up to 35 minutes) I called the shop. The lady said they are waiting on a driver and said she was would check for me but then hung up, very helpful 🙃🙃🙃����

I visit this shop very often. Two lovely ladies work at the tills usually; they are very helpful and polite. They also always ask if I need a receipt or not at the end. However, something really dissappointing happened today 8/5/23 at 14:20. I was at the till paying for my shopping. A young man was scanning my shopping. When he finished scanning, my bill was a bit higher than I thought and he didn't ask me if I want a receipt! Then I asked for a receipt because I wanted to check if something was more expensive than I thought. Then I saw that 2 big boxes of ferrero rose chocolates were scanned but I had bought only 1. I was still at the shop and asked for a refund for the second box of chocolates. Since it's the first time that staff don't ask me if I want a receipt, I don't think it was scanned twice by accident. Very dissapointing.

The food is expired, chicken breast always stinks and has this soft texture on top like saliva pouring out of it, even if it’s still in date. I cook my own meals so I can see that. But the rest of you that eat outside, better think about it twice lol.

The stuff is very rude and they treated us very bad. And I felt they felt kind of way cause am colored. I had 2 vouchers of three and I went there to change it to giffgaf but they didn’t and their answer was are you serious you bought it in 8/12/2020 and today was 3/01/2020. I didn’t see any terms that says you cannot change it to another voucher! That problem was at 10:30 pm 3/12/2020. We’re in 2020! Not in the 60s They need to change their vision about us!

Me and a friend have gone here several times and they have over charged us 4 or 5 times. Either scanning stuff twice, scanning full price for reduced price items and not deducing money from stuff like offers and meal deals. Either the staff are so inept they can't scan things right or they are overcharging on purpose. I have never been to a shop that overcharges this much. Always double checkyour receipt before leaving the store.
