Shut the door in our faces without explaining. After 10 minutes came round from tge back to tell us they would be 15 mins to take in a delivery. Thus was 11.30 in the morning. Poor staffing, poor customer care. Poor communications. I feel sorry for the workers having such bad support. Linthorpe has rubbish other shops so little alternative.

Very helpful staff! Went in today and mentioned to each other that couldn't find vegan chocolate, and two members of staff overheard and pointed us out to the options

This Tesco store has plenty of staff most are helpful. There's almost always a problem with the self-checkout machine like being unable to print receipts or take cash and they never tell you if and when they expect it to be fixed. The stock levels are usually quite good and there is a nice variety of food considering the compact size

Security guard seemed to be looking down the aisles and possibly even following me - I know it be rife in the area but I am not a shoplifter thanks. Very pricey even with the odd clubcard discount. Will be driving the opposite way to Aldi/Lidl in future.

Excellent food, good value, but trashy staff. I went to get some food, and went in line for the counter (there was only one cashier then) and came up, and the man said, “Hey,” to his manager. “Can I have a break for 15?” “What now?” “ Yeah boi” “Maybe in 25 minutes time”. Anyway, good food overall!
