The team at Arizona Mobile Middlesbrough are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with nothing is too much trouble, and they genuinely care about looking after their customers. The quality of their products is spot-on, you can tell they only stock and use the best. I was blown away by how quick they got everything sorted fast turnaround without cutting corners, which is rare these days. Professional, reliable, and genuinely welcoming it’s like dealing with mates rather than just a shop. From now on, this is the only place I’ll be using. Terrible experience, would never recommend. Smashed my work phone screen and ink covered the screen so was unable to use it. Went on ebay 16th November and looked for the quickest delivery of which Arizona mobiles stated a 48 hour postage. Ordered and paid immediately, no dispatch update by 18th November (2 working days which was stated as the latest dispatch time on their eBay account) so messaged on eBay asking when it would be posted out, no reply. Messaged again on 19th November asking for an update and no reply. Still no reply on eBay so messaged on WhatsApp 20th November asking when it would be posted out as I needed it asap, he replied in the absence of an apology stating it now had been posted out. Waited another day checked tracking on 21st November, still stating not dispatched and all Arizona mobile had done was print a label to make it look like it had been posted. Messaged on WhatsApp 21st November asking if it was the right tracking number as it still hadn't updated, no reply. Checked again today 22nd November still not been posted according to the tracking given. Baring in mind his shop is only 2 hours away from me, not like it's coming from the other end of the country. If it was posted out with even the slowest service on Thursday as stated, it would at the very least had the tracking updated to state it had actually transferred hands to Royal Mail. Will now need to open a claim with eBay and wait 3-4 days for a refund. Ordered one off amazon now for next day delivery, would've done this in the first place if at that point I knew, or even on Thursday when he had the opportunity to tell me he couldn't get it to me but instead. Arizona mobiles exudes incompetence, plenty of better sellers out there who have the capacity to visit a post office or arrange collection at some point in the course of an entire week. Service and especially communication is dirt poor. Do not buy. - UPDATE - Opened an item not received case and left the reviews - he tried to bribe me by saying if I removed the review he would accept the refund so I wouldn't have to wait for it. Because I haven't removed the review he is purposely prolonging this by not confirming the refund on eBay and leaving it for another 5+ days so they need to step in and force the refund. Even after he made it clear on WhatsApp the screen was never posted and will not be posted. He tried to post it out on Saturday 22nd 2025 but I said if he posts it out today it will be returned because I have now bought another that came next day after being messed around for a week by this company, after he said it was posted on the morning of Thursday 20th November and will have held my money for 2 weeks by the time eBay force refund. Biggest time waster I have had to deal with recently, along with zero honesty. Cannot stress enough do not use this company.

Shoaib at Arizona Mobile always looks after me when I need a phone upgrade or repair. He gives great prices and really looks after me. Great customer service and never had an issue with a phone off him.

I used the pickup and drop off service as I was at work and smashed the back of my iphone and needed a change of battery. I contacted them via their phone number with in a few hours my phone was picked up, fixed and dropped back off to me. Very pleased with the service! Will be my go to service for any phone issues. I also got a free screen protector without requesting for one.

Fixed my iPhone 13 screen within 20 minutes with genuine apple screen cheaper than everyone else in town. Really happy with the service and price.
