I was reluctant to visit because of a negative review I saw here, but decided to just take the chance and visit. I went to buy a phone but ended up with a phone and laptop. Let's just say this is one of my best shopping experiences ever. Amazing products and even more amazing staff. Well done guys. Surely coming back for more and will tell all my friends about you.

I went into CGX a few months ago. I was shopping around a few stores looking for a hoover when coming into the store I spotted a great deal on a hoover. The staff members in the store were really helpful, spoken and greeted me when I came into the store and asked if i needed any assistance with anything. I decided to purchase the hoover and was served by Emma who had great customer service skills (friendly, talkative and polite). I couldn't fault the staff members who work here they are very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and would shop there again and recommend to my friends and family.

I went into the store to buy a bike for my son and a lovely man named k assisted me I had a fault with the bike unknown why as it was working when I left the store but I went back and he was so nice about the situation he then replaced my bike with something better giving me 40 pound discount customer service couldn’t of been better what a GUYYYYY amazing honestly .
