Unfortunately i've had to get my phone fixed and I use it regularly for work so couldn't really have much time without and honestly these guys were extreeeemely fast and with such care and consideration for my phone, the excellent quality of customer service I received was phenomenal. They even opened the phone and showed me what the issue was. Its a one stop shop for everything as I even got myself a new case, screen protector and a new charger. Excellent guys keep up the great work. Hopefully i dont need to use you again but if I do, i know where ill be coming!

I had an excellent experience at Foneplus. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect phone that suited my needs and budget. Took my iPhone in for a camera glass repair and was charged 25 pounds, they replaced the glass yet left dust under the new glass causing the camera to be blurry. Took it back again and they brought it to another shop without telling me. When I returned to pick my phone up I was waiting a good 10 minutes for the other worker to go collect it and yet my camera is still blurry to the point it is unusable. Safe to say I will never be returning to this shop with how shocking of a job they have done.

Amazing customer service, they were very quick with replacing my iPhone screen and for a cheap price!! I would recommend coming to this store for any issues you may have with your phone as they can resolve them quickly!
