Cannot fault this company, I don’t know about the bad reviews but I had a great customer experience. I made a mistake on payment online, I was called back when tried to reach them out and the issue was solved. I received the 3 pairs of socks I’ve ordered on time as a present to my partner; I have tried one on and I wish I bought a pair for myself too.. highly recommended company and products..

Terrible company, ordered a pair of trainers which were delivered and I returned them due to ill fitting. At the same time I order my correct size and still have not received them. But also I sent the others back and still haven’t received my refund a month later, countless phone calls and emails with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Partner collected my socks for me from the feetus warehouse. Amazing staff member Shaun was and helped my partner purchase another pair for myself. As I only wear injinji toes socks. Keep up the good work👍🏾

Horrible to deal with poor communication and no customer service. If just buying then fine, but any other problems that may arise… good luck trying to get in contact with staff.
