Went into this Middlesbrough store to buy shoes for my elderly Mam who wasn’t able to come in person. Really helpful friendly assistant. I bought a pair if shoes on the basis of being able to return if not suitable. We were successful on third attempt, and Mam loves her new shoes. It was a pleasure to shop here. Service as it should be. Thank you so much

Would not refund money even though shoes where faulty.Only got a credit not even though this is against consumer act
