My partner and I visited this store one Saturday afternoon during a shopping trip to Middlesbrough. He wanted a new pair of work boots. The two women who worked there were both very helpful and friendly and found him the perfect pair in the right size. Overall our experience was very pleasant
Popped into this shop Monday morning to take back a pair of shoes and the woman with black hair told me to take them back to the shop I had bought them. They had not been worn . So I had to go out of my way back to the other shop to return them. Bad attitude and u wasn't happy. I returned them to original store with no fuss. Pathetic !
Partner needed some new shoes and we found shoe zone. The customer service assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and had exactly what my partner needed for. Going out later that evening with a new pair of shoes that she left her original ones at home
We bought these shoes for school. 3 months later the sole has come away. Looking at the inner of the shoe you can clearly see that there is a hardly any support, just a hole and a metal bar holding up the foot. When I complained I was told that I shouldn't expect the shoe to last more than 3 months. That 3 months was about right for their life, and that these shoes are very cheap and they sell lots of them so they won't offer any kind of warranty. The lady also commented that the wearer seemed to be heavy footed, and that maybe the wearer kicked off the heal by themselves. Seems a bit of a leap, to me it seems it is much more likely that they fell apart due to the cheap and badly made nature of the rubbish shoes themselves. I think this shop should be more honest in future and put up a sign saying "Low priced shoes that should last 25% of a year". You would then know what to expect and purchase with this in mind.
I buy my girl school shoes from them and literally after 2 weeks they all peeled off.. Went to store.. And They refused to refund or change... Realy low quality, rude management never buys from them next ever.
