Great milsurp and gun shop, been in a few times looking at curiosities and recently bought my wife an air pistol from them as she's interested in getting into the hobby. Both blokes I spoke to (one on the phone, one in the shop) were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed like nice guys. Thanks a lot for your help and the chat - Will be back soon for pellets and maybe a rifle a bit further down the line! If you're in the local area, give this place a look - their prices are pretty great and its always nice to support a small local business.
The man was rude and horrible. He started arguing across the shop when I tried to take my daughters college shoes back that weren't worn and still in their tags and original box with the receipt. I'm a single mum with three children and are now stuck with a £50 pair of boots that I cannot afford. He was not sympathetic to what I was trying to explain to him he just kept saying it's not my fault, which I was not pinning the blame on him. He said I could get a credit note which is no good to me which is what I was trying to explain and told him to make the sign bigger and customers should be made aware that you cannot return boots. He then started raising his voice at me information of customers and asked me how big I wanted the sign to be. This shop has no customer service and no respect for customers.
Good shop interesting equipment, I have two young boys 5 and 7 love playing army's outside the gear from this shop is hard wearing and you just cant get stuff like they have on the high street friendly staff and stuff for kids all the way up to older men
Friendly staff, lots of surplus equipment, also a ton of kids items too. Mostly spring BB guns sold there however extremely reliable clothing is also sold there with some AEGs and GBBs I believe. Also lots of misc. items like ghillie nets, bladder packs, extra BBs etc.
Staff were so good ! Helped with what was best for me to go to Airsoft , I’ll definitely be going back for more stuff
