Never buying from here again. The people who work here don't know what they are doing, they try there best to sell you extra warranty on items and don't follow through with manufacturer warranty.. One staff member in particular is very arrogant and rude, I bought a ps5 and was forced to buy extra warranty with before leaving the shop, the damn console stopped working 5 months later and he refused to take it in under manufacturers warranty. Big stupid smirk on his face as if he won a debate.. Useless shop and useless staff never shop here your better off with amazon.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experinced and I want to praise Lexi for being so kind and understanding with me and explaining everything in such a polite manner to me. I felt instantly safe and at home with her, 5 stars!

Quite often games are available cheaper round the corner. One time came in to discuss a console purchase with a friend. Staff spoke to people around us but then left after. When they returned they again spoke to people around us and left again. Ended up buying elsewhere. On the flip side the midnight launch was quite fun but again the game was cheaper everywhere else.

Game & Sports Direct in Middlesbrough seems to be a consistent & regular flagship staple of the town, and its a pretty 8mpressive place to go. Always immaculately tidy, well staffed and of course stocked well past its means with bargains. I usually only go here for Firetrap cargos which I use for work & urban exploring, and they ALWAYS have my size in. Full marks all round.
